XS Kid's Dance White Tutu/Leotard Dress - Stelle Brand

This tutu/leotard dress is so beautiful and fun, especially with the gold waist accent!
It's made of possibly a cotton/spandex blend (cannot tell as part of the tag is faded). But it is definitely stretchy and can fit above a toddler/small girl typical XS size!
The outfit is in great condition and there is only a small bit of discoloration on one sleeve (see last pic), but this is barely noticeable.
