Weissman Inc Princess Dance Dress/Halloween Costume

This is a Weissman Inc Princess Dance Dress/Halloween Costume. It is blue with white flowers. It has  adjustable straps on the shoulders with a frilly white covering that is just safety pinned on.  From the bodice to hem of skirt is approx 21" the shoulder straps from shoulder to bodice are approx 2.5". The bodice is part of a leotard and it is approx 17" to the bottom of that. It is approx 11" across chest under arms.
