This is a 5 tier graduated black organdy tutu,all layers are organdy Style 4921.stiff but soft feel to the fabric.IT HAS NO TRUNKS ATTACHED, The models are showing it over leotards This tutu retails at and is perfect. It
can
be pancaked if you desire, it is stiff enough and full enough to give you a nice flat tutu.
