    This listing is only for the tutu. This romantic tutu is 3 layers of  organdy with nylon net,  you can see it goes beneath the knees by about 3 to 4 inches. To get a good idea of the colors, look at the individual pics, the pistachio is the green, the orchid is the purple and the rose is the pink. To get an idea of measurements, in a small child, the length is 16", the waist stretched is 28", unstretched it is 18".  The waistband is 2" wide.  There are three colors available though sizes may be limited in each color.
