Versatile stretch velvet 2016 Queen of the Village short tutu from Curtain Call.
2 Child's sizes. Both are irregular.
1 Child's Large fits 12-14 I cannot find any defects. Comes with floral hair barrette. No arm puffs.
1 Child's Extra Large fits 14-16 See last photo. There is a hole in the crotch of the attached leotard. Arms puffs included. No barrette.
Peplum top skirt over a 5 layer graduated tutu.
Panty ruffle.
Inside tag is slit.
Costume will need to be steamed.
Tag attached.
