similar material.
Pettiskirts
come with a soft, thin lining... though the skirt is so soft, you really don't need it! The waistband is elastic and can be stretched a bit as needed.
Tutus
-
Tutus are made of tulle, which makes them a bit more rough and straight.
The waistband is elastic with a decent amount of give.
They are an extremely economical choice and are durable enough to last!
Both
make great additions to Halloween costumes,
photo shoots or just a dress-up day.

Returns
: My standard return policy is 30 days of order receipt. If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a

fund. All returns must be in same condition as when

shipped from my location to qualify for a refund. Refund will be minus any shipping charges incurred by me. In the case that there was an error in your shipment, product has shipping damage or you receive a defective product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will either replace the product (if available) or give you a full refund. In the case that the sale is that of a bundle, every item in the set must be returned to me to qualify for a refund.
