    Description

    Brand new with hang tags, this double layer skirt has an under layer of organdy and   top layer is chiffon.Made by Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent.  Color is white and size is Small child. Great for costuming.  Approximately 16" in length.  The models are showing a little costume over it so you can't see the waistband very well. gmrm/dnsbx14
