    Brand new and in the original manufacturer's packaging,this is an elastized stretch fringe skirt, just pull them up (the white thread you see has to be pulled off, it is just there to keep the stitcher from getting all tangled in production), The pillbox hat has an attached red organdy poof that you will have to poof out (I am showing the way you will receive it, some people steam them ) Only small girls size is available and if you are unsure of size, I have included the measurement chart for you. The model is showing THE WRONG COLOR, this item is red, but the red model didn't show a fringe skirt.  See my photo for exact item. (you will not receive a leotard, just the fringe skirt and the hat). This item retailed at and has no irregularities.
