New with original hang tags, Motion Wear 1025 (child) or 1024 (adult) character skirts.  Choose the color and size that you need after comparing measurements to the size chart.
These skirts have a
1&1/4" stretch waistband.  Laid flat the Medium Child waist measures 9.5 inches and stretches to 13" and  is 24" in length.   The Medium Adult waist, laid flat measures 11.5" and stretches to 15" and is 23" in length.  Fabric is 100% polyester.
