    This item is brand new with a defect on the bottom layer skirt.  See close up picture. It was repaired by the
    manufacturer
    of the material.
    It is a romantic mid length tutu with tulle and chiffon, 4 layers, soft feel. The top skirt length on a large adult is 26".
    You can put this over any leotard and have a ballet costume. This is the 4918 from Wolff Fording/ Main Street and it retails for
