    Brand new with untouched and original hangtags, this is a Main Street tulle pull up tutu in periwinkle blue, my photo is closer to the actual color, the length is 9.5 inches and all 3 layers are that length. The model is showing it with a leotard THAT IS NOT INCLUDED. THis is a VERY soft tutu and will not be perky looking, it will swoop more than the model photo is showing, My photo is of the actual item.
