This is a brand new 2 layer super ruffled fluorescent orange tiered organdy skirt with white accent. The hem is a ruffled white organdy so this skirt is really full. This skirt was used for the catalog shoot so it has only been worn for the model shot. It features an elastic waist so it stretches quite a bit, there are no trunks or leotard included. THIS IS JUST THE SKIRT>The model is showing it with a leotard that is not being offered. Size available is a small child.  Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit.  Manufactured by Main Street Dancewear in America.
