lilac blue
) with an velveteen flocked ribbon edging.size is small child.  I am showing a pic of the actual item the  model is showing it as well with a leotard that is offered in a different listing (you see, depending on the lighting, periwinkle changes color, right before your eyes. put it next to blue, it goes lilac, put it next to purple it goes blue. . this is just for the tutu .This tutu is mounted onto an elastic band (2 inches wide) so it is very comfortable and very stretchy.
