Brand new but they do not have hangtags, this 3 layer ruffled tutu is made of organdy and manufactured by Mainstreet dancewear. In this listing, I am offering white, (I do have 1 mint green).
This is a brand new item but it has no hangtags (I have extra blank hangtags if you would like them for your purchase). Wolff fording Costume tutu, the fabric is organdy I am showing a pic of the actual item- this is just for the tutu.

. You may have to clip a thread or 2, this tutu is mounted on a 2 inch stretchy elastic band. Easy on and off, great for birthday parties, dress up fun, ballet class etc.  This item is no longer available from Wolff Fording 4905 attc
