This item is brand new,  It is a multi color spotlight sequin camisole top dress with attached black lining and flounce skirt. There is no leotard under this dress and no feather poof included.   I have a couple of child sizes and 1 adult size offered here.  Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures.   The model is showing accessories that are not included with the dress.  You are buying the dress only (what is shown in my photo).  The manufacturer of this costume is Wolff Fording (made in America, Richmond Virginia)so you know these are the finest quality.
