This is a 2 layer organdy tutu with silver glitter.
Heavily ruffled, these are mounted onto comfortable 2" elastic bands and they stretch a great deal. Each Layer on the child size is 7 inches long, each layer on the adult skirt sizes is 9 inches long. There is no such thing as a large child size, that size is incorporated into the small adult sizing. You may have to snip a thread or 2 on these great tutus.
