NEW Vintage Wolff Fording Checked "Dorothy" Costume red white girls 12C lacetrim

A new and unused costume but vintage. I don't remember Dorothy ever wearing red and white but there she is, matches her shoes better. THis costume consists of a leotard with an attached skirt and a 2 layer petticoat underneath the skirt. The top of the dress and the hem are trimmed in ruffled white eyelet lace. and red ribbon. The size of this costume is a child 12C. Only the back of the costume stretches so it would be wise to check the measurement chart. This listing is for a costume only, no shoes swrmcstmbx
