Brand new and this romantic length skirt is absolutely beautiful in motion. 2 layers of tulle over 1 layer of chiffon make this skirt light as a feather and yet just barely translucent. It's 30" in length and the size is Petite Adult and color is Orchid. The skirt is built onto a spandex panty, the pull up waist is elasticized at the natural waist and this item is made to go be worn with a basque which is not included. I am selling many basques if you need one. Perfect for Practice Ballroom for Waltz or for ballet. The inside tag has been cut out so it was probably tried on for a photo shoot.  The catalog shot is showing this in an incorrect color.  This tutu is Orchid (light purple). This item is only the skirt part on a pair of trunks. Style number 74381 in Main Street dance wear (in Richmond, Virginia) and it retails for over . This is all I have of this item.
