Brand new in package, Wolff Fording Lightly Wired Fl. Green Tutu. This tutu will glow under BLACK LIGHT. Size is Small Child. I've shown a close up of the lightly wired edging on all 3 layers which gives it stiffer quality to really stand out. The catalog pic shows the tutu in an incorrect color, just so you can see it on the body and see the effect of the light wiring. Great costuming item for dance or pageants.
