latin ballroom competition dress for 8-11 y.o girl

Description

Unique from dressmaker 2 layered fabric, very stretchy, no stones. Build-in underwear and bra-cups. Skirt 2 layers full circles with horsehair inside, shorter front, longer back. Back of the dress open from several inches above waist. Yellow belt with flower can be removed.  Sleeves with finger-loop.  Used, but in good condition.
Measurements: from shoulder to short front of the skirt 25in, to long back 32in,  circumference of shoulder at armpit up to 14 in, waist up to 25in, hips with belt up to 48in., length of skirt front from belt 8in,  back from bottom of belt 12-13in., sleeve 19 in not including wrist part.
