You are purchasing this adorable GIRLS BUBBLEGUM BLITZ TUTU COLORFUL DRESS FOR HALLOWEEN OR DANCE COSTUME IN VERY GOOD PREOWNED CONDITION.  Brand is A Wish Come True.  Model V1691 "BUBBLEGUM BLITZ".  80% polyester & 20% spandex. Made in USA. Girls - MEDIUM fits 8-10.  Size chart says this fits 27-29" chest, 23-24" waist, 28-30" hips.  Costume does have give to it - stretchiness.    Dress has a vinyl shiny look to it. Color is medium pink - dress with colorful accents
and attached built in leotard to match the pink color. Sleeveless with halter style neck with a clear plastic neck interlocking closure at back of neck. Two nude straps go down back for support. .  Three layer skirt starts with a scalloped pink skirt on top, longer purple tulle layer with a red sequin border and an inner tulle skirt layer in bright blue to give layered effect. Perfect for twirling.  Attached half belt in front with colorful fabric and sequin center pulls it all together with the trim at neck and armholes. Step in pull-up costume.  Very good preowned condition - worn once for a recital. One nude strap in the back is hanging by one thread and would need a stitch or two. See last picture.  Otherwise no issues.  Great dance,tap, jazz,hip hop, ballet, skate,  or Halloween costume, rainbow princess, groovy, hippie, mod, fab etc.. Enjoy
