This is a very gently worn Dance Skirt by Cicci. It is a Child Size Large. Measures approx. 11" from waist to longest hem and 6.5" from waist to shortest hem. Skirt is pink with metallic silver ruffled hem. It has an asymmetrical hem. Could be worn as hi/low but the seams would be in front center and back center. Meant to be worn as shorter on one side but could be worn either way. In great condition. No stains or tears. Minor signs of gentle wash and wear.
