Description
"Sarafina Ballerina" wore this once for a mountain-top dance during this pandemic. Danced in this dress atop a mountain, in the early morning. The dress most likely will also make an appearance in an upcoming film co-directed by the same ballerina.
You can find some footage of this dress on YT (YouTube) at
SarafinaBallerina
danced to the song "Trainwreck."
This dress was hand-created with a flowy silk-chiffon skirt from tutu.com, and a designer top -- both built by hand onto a small sized Eleve Leotard, so that the arms are in mesh, giving off a very ethereal look overall.
Hard to part with, but it would be amazing to see a beautiful dancer shine in this costume. You can adapt it to your liking, such as shortening or removing the mesh arms if you prefer bare arms.
The leotard size is small, but the arms are narrow, ideal for x-small to small in ARM width. Again, there should be no problem to cut them off if they aren't to your liking or are too tight. The dress is stunning with or without mesh arms.
The overall dress will fit a small to medium sized dancer.
Any height.
The length will give you a lot of beautiful flow, while it is also light and airy so it moves gracefully along with you!
The mesh fabric of the arms has some give, due to being a slightly stretchy mesh in the arms.
The leotard is stretchy (spandex). It is stunning in how it moves, and flows.
