This is a band new ballet costume by Wolff Fording. It has a beautiful embroidered fabric on the bodice front and an attached tutu, The back of the costume is matte spandex so it stretches for a perfect fit.The tutu has a top skirt of frosted organdy with sequin and the remaining 2 layers are the nylon net.  please see my pic for exact item and you can see the rosette trim on the puffed sleeves This costume retails at and is perfect, no irregularities.
