    This is a brand new ballet costume by Wolff Fording, velvet spandex with a pinch front camisole with an attached romantic tutu. The tutu is an attached 4 layer romantic skirt of organdy and tulle. Color is royal blue which is a pretty dark blue. The model is showing the correct color and style.  The pin is not included with this costume.  Only the dress is available in this listing.  I have other colors of this item I will be listing.This costume retails at up to and is perfect, no irregularities.
