This is a band new ballet costume by Wolff Fording, velvet spandex with a pinch front.  The tutu is an attached 4 layer graduated tutu of organdy and tulle. Color is forest green. I have other colors of this item I will be listing.This costume retails at up to and is perfect, no irregularities.
